Montreal, April 2, 2004 - AntOro Resources Inc. (TSX-V: “ORE”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Orangeite property, located in the middle of the Desmaraisville Kimberlite field. The property is approximately 150 km west of the town of Chibougamau and approximately 15 km south of the village of Desmaraisville in the Le Tac and Benoist Townships. Access to the property is greatly facilitated by provincial highway 113 linking Val d’Or to Chibougamau and by a network of all weather gravel roads that crisscross the property.

This property composed of 40 map-designated claims (CDC) totaling 2,241.86 hectares was acquired from Moshe Zefrani, Paul Lieberman and Michel Lavoie in counterpart of 600,000 common shares of the company and a cash payment of 10,500 $.

The Desmaraisville Kimberlite field (KDE) is located in the north-central part of the Abitibi Sub-Province and appears to be confined within the projection of the Paleozoic Saguenay rift; this tectonic event strikes at a direction of N 286º and its extension into the Superior Province is known as the Waswanipi-Saguenay Tectonic Zone (WSZ). Lake Waswanipi acts as a focus point to the exploration efforts due to the presence of Archean carbonatitic intrusions and telltale clues of lithospheric-scale tectonics demonstrate that this regions has the required magmatic permeability . AntOro believes that the coupling of these deep fracture system and evidence of alkaline magmatism in the general area (i.e.; the Shortt Lake, Montviel, Dolodeau and Grevet carbonatites or carbonatitic complexes) offer very promising potential for the discovery of diamondiferous kimberlitic rocks.

The first discovery of kimberlitic rocks in the Desmaraisville area dates back to gold exploration in 1955 (K.D. Watson, 1955). 37 years later a diamondiferous kimberlite pipe was discovered within the Le Tac township. The Desmaraisville field is divided into 2 sectors; Le Tac (SLT) and Ailly (SAI). AntOro’s efforts are, for the moment, concentrated on the Le Tac sector where 3 diamondiferous kimberlite pipes have been found to date. A recent news release, by Exploration Orbite (TSX-V:”ORT.A”) indicated that the mineralogy of these dykes suggest close similarity with South-African orangeites also known as “Type II” or micaceous kimberlites. It is AntOro’s opinion that the best is yet to be found in this region, since the Desmaraisville field has only received sporadic and limited-funding exploration efforts until now.

AntOro is presently preparing an extensive exploration campaign to expose the property’s diamond potential as early as the summer of 2004.

The company is continuously monitoring recent advancements in diamond exploration throughout Quebec and Ontario and remains open to partnership opportunities in diamond exploration ventures in these provinces. AntOro is also open to negotiate the purchase of any previously unreleased exploration data concerning diamond exploration within the Desmaraisville Kimberlite field.

The Attawapiskat JV is set in a remote and uninhabitedregion, without facilities or infrastructure. The Property can be accessed by helicopter or plane, with seasonal restrictions, from Timmins, Hearst, Cochrane, and Moosonee. A winter road, built and developed by De Beers (for their Victor Project), links Moosonee with the Cree community territory and crosses the Northern corner of the Attawapiskat Property. However, this road does not connect to the provincial road network.

The Attawapiskat kimberlite cluster was discovered by Monopros Ltd. (former Canadian exploration arm of De Beers), following exploration work spread out over many years. The dispersion fan of alluvial diamond inclusion minerals was followed for 375 km, down to the Geraldton area. Extensive airborne magnetometer surveys and ground prospecting enabled the company to locate, in 1987, the first kimberlitic boulders on the Attawapiskat riverbed. In the following year, Monopros located 16 kimberlitic intrusions, 14 of these being diamond-bearing. Subsequently, Spider Resources located two other intrusions (MacFadyen 1 and 2), and the latest one was recently discovered by Canabrava-Navigator (AT-56). The 5 intrusions of the Kyle Lake swarm, further to the west are also noteworthy. According to Rejean Girard, the author of the qualification report for Big Red Diamond's Initial Public Offering, this project represents the most systematic exploration campaign undertaken to this day in the region.

BRDC began staking in the Attawapiskat area and, by May 3, 2001, had staked 58 claims covering 14,000 ha when it entered into a joint venture agreement, on May 7, 2001, with Canalaska Ventures to explore and develop some of these claims. Canalaska withdrew from this agreement due to financing difficulties in late 2001.

BRDC entered into a joint venture agreement with KED on May 10, 2001, which agreement was amended on December 3, 2002 (the BRDC-KED Joint Venture Agreement or BRDC-KED Joint Venture). The Agreement was to stake (to the 29 claims already held by BRDC) an additional 94 claims covering approximately 23,000 ha in the Attawapiskat area. A further 32 claims were staked following a 21,000 line kilometre airborne magnetometer survey, bringing the total area in the BRDC-KED Joint Venture to 76,500 ha.

In January, 2003, KED entered into a joint venture agreement with Dumont Nickel, which granted access to further claims in the area to the BRDC-KED Joint Venture, based on certain conditions.

AntOro was offered participation on the project at a later date, details of which are to be found in the news releases herewith attached.

The Attawapiskat JV is located in the middle of the James Bay Lowlands, which are made of a Palaeozoic carbonate sequence unconformably overlying the Archean crystalline basement of the Superior Province. These two elements are cornerstones in terms of the potential for diamonds in the region.

The properties cover approximately 628.5 hectares distributed on 15 map-designated claims (CDCs) ) within the NTS sheet 35A/13 boundaries. Access to the property can only be made using a helicopter when transiting through Kuujjuaq.

This property was previously explored for gold and was briefly visited by the past title-holder that discovered a few interesting gold showings, of these, the Nantais 1 showing (4.7 g/t Au), the Nantais 2 showing (7.9 g/t Au and 7.2 g/t Ag) and the Cabane showing (2.48% Zn, 7% Pb, 0.12% Cu, 1,600 g/t Ag and 0.47 g/t Au). Upon examination of the assessment work reports, the company decided to pursue the exploration by mobilizing for a few hours a 4-man team in order to rapidly asses the potential of further discoveries on surface in the near vicinity of the existing showings; the teams mandate was also to recover additional samples from existing showings to reproduce the results.

Geology of the Nantais property is composed of a contact between felsic and mafic volcanic rocks, the Nantais 1 and 2 showings are hosted within the Mafic volcanic rocks and the Cabane showing sits on the contact of a felsic volcanit lens within the mafic volcanics.

The results of these investigations will be announced by news release in the upcoming weeks.

The Wapiscan-Rivire-des-Peupliers property is located approximately 90 km south of the town of Radisson in the James Bay region of Quebec. Year-round access to the property is available through n 109 year-round road connecting Matagami to Radisson and by means of a well maintained trail that transects the property from east to west.

The properties consist of xx contiguous claims covering an area of xxxx hectares. AntOro Resources Inc. holds a 100% interest on all of these claims. During the June 2002 field campaign, an additional 6 claims have been acquired in order to secure a magnetic anomaly on the property's southern edge bringing the property's total surface to 1,357 hectares. The Five-Diamonds portion of property was acquired in the summer of 2002 in order to secure the mining exploration rights on the circular magnetic anomaly that lies under Lake Wapiscan. This magnetic anomaly is also associated with the Rivire-du-Peuplier regional shear zone. During the 2002 summer field campaign, the team of geologists took 3 till samples down ice-flow from the magnetic anomaly and preliminary reports indicate that these samples contain Kimberlite Indicator Minerals (KIM'S). AntOro is currently planning a ground Magnetic survey of the anomaly during winter 2003 and to be followed by the detailed exploration of this structure during next summer.

The property hosts metavolcanic rocks (upper greenschists facies) and a regional shear zone with Au showings of 2.4 g/t and 1.73 g/t; the same shear zone also returned occurrences of 29.1 g/t, 20.6 g/t and 186 g/t in the immediate region of the property. Between 1958 and 1993, a gold showing was discovered on the property: the West Kaychikuapichu Lake showing is located within the Rivire-des-Peupliers shear zone and Au-Ag mineralisation is associated with pyrite, pyrrhotite and arsenopyrite; the showing produced 3.70 g/t Au and 3.62 g/t Au in disseminated sulphides.

In 1997, Korinor Resources Inc. executed a large field campaign that consisted of: geology, prospecting, systematic soil and rock samples, Beep-Mat, I.P. and MAG-VLF geophysical surveys. Following the interpretations of the data collected, 12 diamond drill holes of which 4 intersected the I.P. anomalies which means that the bulk of the I.P. anomalies have not been drilled to date.

The best results on the property during the Korinor campaign were: 2.1% Cu with 11.7 g/t Ag and 5.0% Cu with 24.6 g/t Ag and 1.0 g/t Au. Seven other Ag grades were obtained ranging from 2.4 to 4.3 g/t. The mineralisation is generally disseminated with fine veins of pyrite, chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite with trace amounts of bornite, malachite and native copper hosted in both the metavolcanic environment and quartz-carbonates veins. The granite stocks on the southern portion of the property and aplite dykes on the northern part are both also mineralized in Au. Grab samples taken on the lateral extensions of the I.P. anomalies returned grades of 1.0g/t, 1.51 g/t and 40.56 g/t

In August of 2002, AntOro evaluated the property's diamondiferous potential. This decision was taken after consulting a promotional report issued by Gologie Qubec updating the diamondiferous potential of the region. The Wapiscan-Rivire-des-Peupliers property located within the Wemindji-Caniapiscau structural corridor which is the object of active diamond-exploration efforts. Subsequent overburden sampling programs identified many kimberlite indicator minerals, subsequent drilling of the obvious magnetic targets however failed to find the source of these minerals.

Montreal, February 28, 2005 - AntOro Resources Inc. wishes to update its shareholders with respect to its exploration activities on the White Lake property during the past year. Located halfway between the towns of White River and Marathon in Northwestern Ontario, its western boundary lies on the shores of White Lake (Refer to NTS sheets 42C/12 et 42C/13). The property consists of sixteen claim blocks covering a total area of 2,608 hectares. Its geology is dominated by the Hemlo-Black-River assemblage of the Schreiber-Hemlo greenstone belt, more specifically within the eastern extension of the Hemlo Mining camp.

McDougall Grid
During last summer, the company carried out some large-scale follow-up work using the results of the 2003 geological mapping and Induced Polarization (IP) surveys. The IP survey outlined three anomalies located in the stratigraphic extensions of the MacDougall gold showing which historically returned values of 1,168 ppm Au (Quartz veins) and 1.06 ppm Au (Qz-Fp Pegmatite) – Showing number 34 (Reference : Geological Compilation / Eastern Half of the Schreiber-Hemlo Greenstone Belt, Map 2614, Ontario Geological Survey). Four hundred and ten soil samples were taken and are destined to « Metal Mobile Ion » (MMI) analysis.

VMS Grid
The VMS grid was covered by a geological mapping and prospecting campaign where fifty rock samples were collected and submitted for analysis. The EMH (MaxMin) and Magnetic targets outlined by previous surveys performed by AntOro were covered by a MMI survey of three hundred and fifty-nine samples.

Patio Lake Grid
The Patio Lake grid was also covered by a geological mapping and prospecting campaign; selective soil-sampling (MMI) of the EMH (MaxMin) targets was carried out producing ninety-eight samples.

All samples have been sent for analysis and the results will be published as soon as received.

Future Work
Upon receipt and interpretation of the lab results, the company will select the most interesting drill targets identified by the geophysical and geochemical surveys.

Montreal, February 24 2005 - AntOro Resources Inc. wishes to inform its shareholders on the exploration activities undertaken on the Montalembert property during the previous year. Located approximately twenty kilometres from the village of Waswanipi the property is in close proximity to the Ailly and Le Tac kimberlite fields.

Reconnaissance sampling: Diamond exploration
The corporation dispatched a field crew to complete the reconnaissance till sampling program initiated during the summer of 2002 and cut short due to forest fires blazing only a few kilometres from the property. Nine samples were collected in the northwestern part of the property and were subsequently submitted to IOS Services Géoscientifiques for heavy mineral separation which is a valuable tool for diamond and precious metal exploration.

Follow-up on the induced polarization (IP) targets
The corporation followed-up on surface prospecting of the IP targets identified during the 1998 IP survey. Twenty-five samples were collected on surface and sent to the lab for precious and base metal assays.

Future work
AntOro is anticipating positive results on the glacial sediment reconnaissance survey. Following reception of these results, the corporation may opt to perform an orientation survey in the immediate region surrounding the property and perform a second till-sampling survey using a finer sampling mesh.

The corporation also intends to follow up on its exploration efforts targeting precious and base metals by means of exploration drilling of the I.P. targets that have not been drilled.

All samples collected have been sent to various laboratories. The company is awaiting results which will be disclosed upon receipt of the final reports.

Maintenance work on access road
Repeated use of the access road in previous years had caused considerable deterioration. In order to facilitate future access to the property, AntOro carried out the necessary maintenance work.

Conversion of staked claims to map-designated claims
The Corporation also completed the conversion of staked claims to map-designated claims (“CDC”). The old claims were converted into forty CDC’s totaling 2,016.72 hectares. This operation did not modify the accumulated exploration work credits used to renew these claims.

AntOro also wishes to announce that, according to release agenda provided by the new Escrow Agreement entered into on June 19, 2003 pursuant to the 375,000 common shares of the Corporation held by Mr. François C. Desrosiers, an additional block of 56,250 common shares of the Corporation, which represent 15% of the escrowed securities, were released on February 18th, 2005. This release is made pursuant to the new release conditions approved by the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA).

Montreal, February 2nd 2005 - AntOro Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the results of its reconnaissance survey targeting the glacial sediments on the McLennan property, located in the heart of the Le Tac Kimberlite field. The property, located 15 kilometre south-east of Desmaraisville (Quebec) within the Benoist and Le Tac townships, counts 40 map-designated claims (CDC’s) for a total area of 2,241.86 hectares.

The Reconnaissance Survey
The reconnaissance survey was initiated following the acquisition of these claims (See the April 2nd, 2004 news release) and specifically targeted the quaternary tills in order to extract the heavy minerals fraction that may contain Kimberlite Indicator Minerals (KIM’s). A total of 68 till samples were collected down ice-flow from magnetic targets identified from the examination of the publicly-available magnetic airborne surveys. Following the collection of the samples, the Company sent them to IOS Services Géoscientifiques of Saguenay (Québec) for separation and heavy minerals fractions analysis and the subsequent microprobe work.

AntOro is particularly pleased to announce that 603 Indicator minerals have been extracted from the 68 samples submitted to the laboratory.

Pyropes (using Dawson et Stephens, 1975)
Using this classification, 23 mantle-derived garnets were recovered: one (1) Harzburgitic or “G10” garnet, four (4) Lherzolitic or “G9” garnets, thirteen (13) catazonal garnets “G5”, four (4) eclogitic garnets or “G3” and one (1) low-chromium megacryst or “G1”. By taking the quantitative
(microprobe) results for the Lherzolitic and Harzburgitic garnets and plotting them on a Cr2O3 vs. CaO (in weight %) graph, the Harzburgitic garnet plots into the exclusive diamond-stability pyrope field, deeming it a diamond–inclusion (DI) “G10”. This significant result could infer that the source of this pyrope fits in the diamond window. Furthermore, the chemistry of the Lherzolitic garnets indicate a catazonal origin and are similar to other pyropes found in the immediate region. The four Eclogitic (G3) garnets demonstrate a particular chemistry classifying them into the « Type B » eclogitic garnets that usually co-exists with diamonds.

The company wishes to remind the reader that a similar Harzburgitic (G10) garnet was uncovered by the Fonds de prospection minière Jamesien during an esker-sampling survey in the region as described in their November 20th 2004 press release.

Diopsides
Four (4) uncovered diopside grains deemed as being mantle-derived were plotted on the Kosmochlor-Jadeite axis which discriminates these pyroxene minerals in diamond-exploration chemistry. Two (2) of these diopside grains gave geothermic calculations results showing that the chemical equilibrium into the diamond field for an undisturbed geothermal gradient with surface heat-flux values of 40 mW/m2, indicating a diamond-bearing kimberlitic source. These minerals are highly susceptible to mechanical weathering conditions predominant in this glacial context. Their presence in the samples implies that the parent rock is close to the sampling site.

Picroilmenites
A total of 324 picroilmenite grains were recovered from the samples. This high count is a telltale sign of the presence of kimberlite or ultramafic lamprophyres. At least 50% of these picroilmenites had significant chromium enrichment (between 5% and 14% Cr2O3) and showed similar compositions to the varieties found in diamondiferous kimberlites.

Chromites
On the 142 extracted chromite grains and submitted to microprobe analysis, 29 can be plotted as a coherent population into the diamondiferous kimberlites (HZ Chromites), Diamond Inclusion Chromites (DI Chromites) and diamondiferous peridotitic xenoliths (DG Chromites) definition fields. Of these 29 chromite grains, 7 plot directly within the DI- and DG-Chromites. Another significant result is the presence of 16 zinc-enriched chromite grains; AntOro would like to point out that these Zinc-enriched chromite grains are similar to those found in the Lac de Gras (Nunavut) and Wawa (Ontario) diamond-exploration camps.

Ti-Andradites
22 Titanium-rich andradites were extracted and analyzed. These black garnets are commonly found in the magmatic phase of ultramafic lamprophyres and were found in a Le Tac field kimberlitoïd rock and also in the Selco field in Northern Ontario. Ti-Andradites were also found in the Renard pipes in the Otish mountains of Quebec.

Conclusion
The presence of an Harzburgitic garnet plotting in the diamond window together with five (5) low-Cr pyropes and Type-B Eclogitic garnets (E-Garnets) suggest the presence of a diamond-fertile source-rock. The Kosmochlor diopsides demonstrate that diamond crystal growth stability conditions were attained and the parent rock is in the near vicinity. The presence of important concentrations of picroilmenites in the samples indicates the presence of kimberlites or lamprophyres in the region and their distinctive chemical signature reveals diamond-conservation conditions. Finally, the KIM Chromites present chemical compositions of similar minerals found as inclusions in diamond crystals.

Future Work
The Company wishes to follow-up on these excellent results and pursue the diamond exploration activities in the region with an orientation survey in order to find the source of these Kimberlite Indicator Minerals. The company is also considering the realisation of a high-density airborne magnetometric survey.

The Golden Hemlo Properties are located in the Bomby and Brothers townships of the Thunder Bay mining district, in Northern Ontario. The properties are 2.5 km east of the David Bell gold mine in Hemlo. Year-round access to the property is available by means of the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 17) which cuts through the Golden Hemlo I property. An exploration grid that covers both properties entirely, was cut during the spring of 2002; a Mag-VLF survey was then performed on this grid in the following weeks. The following summer, the company ran an Induced Polarisation survey on the property. The survey highlighted few targets that have yet to be drilled. (IP Results)

The properties consist of 5 contiguous claims covering an area of 560 hectares. AntOro Resources Inc. holds a 90% interest on all of these claims.

Geology on the Golden Hemlo project is composed of metavolcanic and granitic rocks that are part of the Hemlo-Heron Bay greenstone belt which hosts 3 of the largest producing gold mines in North America: the David-Bell Williams and Golden Giant mines. These three deposits are hosted in metasedimentary rocks of medium to high-grade metamorphism (lower to upper amphibolite facies) and still hold in excess of 11.8 million ounces of gold.
The company proposes to drill the IP targets after the soil sampling results are received and analyzed.

The Lac des Iles property is located immediately east of North American Palladium's mine which is the only Palladium mine in North America. The property is located approximately one hour north of Thunder Bay and is accessible year-round by means of the mine access road that cuts through AntOro's property.

The property consists of 4 contiguous claims covering an area of 640 hectares. AntOro Resources Inc. holds a 90% interest in these claims.
Geotest holds the remaining 10% interest.

Exploration work realized by AntOro Resources Inc. in late summer and fall of 2002 produced encouraging data that mandates further exploration on the property. Geology on the property is favorable to "Platinum Group Elements ( "PGE" ) and Cu-Ni mineralization. The Vandenbrooks regional fault cuts through the property and will be investigated for mineralization in future field work.

AntOro performed in the fall of 2002 some line-cutting on the property followed by systematic soil sampling the results of which are still pending. AntOro will then execute a systematic rock sampling campaign on the grid, complete the geological mapping of the whole property and execute diamond drill holes on selected targets.

In late 2002, a systematic soil-sampling survey covered the 2002 and 2003 grids; examination of these results highlighted 3 distinct Pd anomalies. In consideration of the dissemination of the ore in the neighboring mine, The company decided to cover these geochemical anomalies with an Induced Polarization survey in August 2003. This survey identified structures of high resistively and high chargeability that ruin parallel with the layering of the Lac-des-Iles complex. The company proposes to follow-up on these good results with diamond-drilling of the combined geochemical and geophysical anomalies.

During the last year, the company proceeded with additional line-cutting in order to double the exploration grid surface; these operations were followed by geological mapping of the entire grids and systematic soil-sampling program. The company is awaiting the results of the soil-sampling program.
