Our Company

AntOro Resources has been incorporated under the Canadian Business Corporations Act on March 31st 1995 and its statutes were modified on February 7th 1996 to change its social name to Ressources Antoro inc./ Antoro Resources Inc. The activities of the society consist of acquiring, exploring and developing mining properties.

Originally, AntOro concentrated its efforts on Quebec properties and on two advanced mining properties in Colombia, South America. The society invested more than 1 170 000$ to acquire and explore these properties in 1996 and 1997. At the end of 1997 the company abandoned these properties.

Since the end of 1999, the society activities have essentially concentrated on acquisition and exploration of mining properties located in Quebec and Ontario provinces.

The society owns three subsidiaries: Corjor Resources Inc., Comina Resources Inc. and Suomi Kultor Resources Inc. The share capital of the company is constituted of an unlimited number of common shares without nominal value of which over 60,970,949 were outstanding as of February 11, 2005. Due to its dynamism and perseverance, AntOro has secured for itself an excellent place on the list of the best junior mining exploration companies. Our goal is to assure a continuous growth to our shareholders. We pursue an aggressive strategy concentrated on the acquisition and the development of promising properties. In that sense, the company is gradually orienting it’s efforts towards industrial minerals properties that would enable the corporation to generate positive cash flows in the short- to medium-term. The Company is presently negociating the acquisition of an active bentonite mining operation in Algeria and is also continuing its efforts to bring the Ste-Clotilde Silica property to development stage.
