Francois C. DESROSIERS, F.C.S.I.President and Director
Mr. Desrosiers has been a corporate financing, management and marketing consultant since 1991. During that period he entirely devoted his time to securing venture capital, secondary financing and public market financing for a number of high tech, consumer products and resources industry companies. He is the General Manager and past President of AntOro since 1996. Over the last 15 years he has been involved, either as advisor or investor, in over 25 financing projects or has headed such projects, which have allowed the shares of a certain number of these companies to be publicly issued. He has been involved in the financial services sector since 1976.
David H. ALBERT, G.I.T.
Director
David H. Albert has been active in the mining exploration industry for 10 years and has held various positions such as Investor Relations and Exploration Manager. Mr. Albert Holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the Université du Québec à Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des Géologues du Québec in the quality of Geologist in training.
Michel L. COTE
Director
Michel L. Cote has over 30 years of experience in the securities brokerage industry which includes various administrative positions in national brokerage firms and, until June 2001, Mr. Cote was President and co-owner of Alpha Capital Inc. Mr. Cote is now president of Beta Capital, a private investment-banking firm. Mr. Cote brings considerable experience and extensive expertise in the national and international capital markets; more specifically in the financing of mining and new technology companies.
Benoit VIOLETTE, P. Geo
Director
M. Violette is a professional geologist with 23 years of experience in the exploration and development of mining projects. Since 1980, he has contributed to the creation, development and financing of numerous public mining exploration companies. As part of various management teams, he has been responsible for the planning, management and success of many programs in base and precious metals and diamonds throughout Canada, the United States of America and Africa.
