Amendment to an Escrow Agreement
Montreal, June 19, 2003 – AntOro Resources Inc. announces that the escrow conditions with regard to 375,000 Common Shares of the Corporation held by Mr. François C. Desrosiers were amended pursuant to the new release conditions approved by Canadian Security Authorities. The new release conditions are as follows:

The amount of shares being released must not be superior to 10% of the total aggregate amount of issued and outstanding shares of the Corporation at the time of release; and each share release must be proportional.
