AntOro Acquires A Mining Property in Quebec

Montreal, March 30, 2004 – AntOro Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the "McLennan" property located in the Benoist and Le Tac township in Quebec. The property is composed of 96 mining claims covering an area of 5,381.94 hectares. The Corporation is acquiring this property from Michel Lavoie, Moishe Zefrani and Paul Lieberman in exchange of the issuance of 600,000 treasury shares and the payment of $10,500.
