AntOro Activities Update

AntOro has recently received the final results of its Ste-Clotilde Silica mineralogical characterization study. The quality and quantity of Silica found on this property has now given AntOro the information required to initiate talks with Silica users so it can complete its pre-feasibility study and move on to the planning and construction stage of its extraction and production facilities. Some of the potential large-scale users are currently completing their own technical due diligence to confirm AntOro’s representations. Once completed, discussions should ensue leading towards the conclusion of long term supply contracts.

AntOro also wants to remind shareholders that it holds approximately 38% of the outstanding shares of Big Red Diamond Corporation (“BRDC”) a TSX-Venture Exchange listed company (symbol “DIA”). BRDC is a 20% partner with Kel-Ex Development Ltd. in diamond exploration in the Attawapiskat area of Northern Ontario. Work on these properties is progressing well. Results continue to indicate the presence of abundant nearby sources of Kimberlite Indicator Minerals and Diamond Indicator Minerals. BRDC and Kel-Ex are continuing their consistent and systematic efforts to find this source. In addition to completing exhaustive interpretation of geophysical surveys, the partners are continuing their mechanical auger and core drilling sampling. To date, more than $9 million has been invested by the partners in the project.

BRDC also holds 100% interest in 8 other properties chosen for their diamond bearing and Base Metals potential. BRDC has initiated large scale geochemical sampling and geophysical surveys on the Beattie/Munro, Fournier and Valentine properties. Work is progressing well and as soon as results are obtained they will be released.

AntOro has also resumed exploration on the Ungava Peninsula properties (Douglas Harbour, Frank, La Taille, Hamelin, Glass, etc.). These properties, chosen for their diamond and VMS potential, are currently being worked on by a technical team of four persons, who will complete a geological sampling ( rock and outcrop) as well as a ground MAG survey. To date more than 200 samples have been collected, some of which contain visible gold or interesting precious or base metals mineralization.

A second technical team made up of six persons has resumed exploration on the White Lake, Golden Hemlo and Lac-des-Iles properties. IP surveys on these sites have shown highly interesting anomalies which will be the object of geochemical sampling as well as mechanical and small bore core drilling.

AntOro has resumed work on the Montalembert property and to facilitate access it is currently refurbishing the access road.

Antoro continues to look for acquisitions, mainly for industrial minerals properties (similar to the Ste-Clotilde silica property) currently in production or in the pre-production stages. AntOro wishes to acquire production and profitable assets to shelter it from the cyclical nature of the resources industry.

The management and the Board of Directors of AntOro wish to inform the shareholders of its efforts to maintain and increase the price of its shares so it reflects the intrinsic values of its assets as well as their short and medium term potential.

We wish to thank the shareholders for their ongoing support as well as their ability to recognize the company’s true value.
