AntOro Acquires Two Mining Properties in Ontario

Montréal, December 31, 2002 – AntOro Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the "White Lake II" property located in the White Lake Township in Ontario. The property is composed of 2 mining claims consisting of 10 units covering an area of 160 hectares, according to the Ontario Mining Act. The Corporation acquires this property from MJL Exploration Inc., Rivière-Verte, QC, in exchange of a cash payment of $5,000 and the issuance of 400,000 treasury shares.

The Corporation also announces the acquisition of the “Golden Bryant” property located in the Bryant and McCron Townships in Ontario. The property is composed of 3 mining claims consisting of 40 units covering an area of 260 hectares, according to the Ontario Mining Act. The Corporation acquires this property, from Jeanne Lebel, Val d`Or, QC, in exchange of a cash payment of $5,000 and the issuance of 300,000 treasury shares.
