AntOro Acquires A Mining Property in Quebec

Montreal, November 12, 2003 – AntOro Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the "Frank" property located in the Nouveau-Québec area of Quebec. The property is composed of 10 mining claims covering an area of 453.54 hectares. The Corporation acquires this property from Rock Harvey in exchange of a cash payment of $15,000 and the issuance of 850,000 treasury shares.
