Montréal, December 31, 2002 – AntOro Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the “Douglas Harbour” property located in the Nunavik region, Quebec, at 200 kilometres from Kudjuak. The property consists of 6 map designated claims covering an area of 259,98 hectares.
AntOro has acquired this property from Rock Harvey in exchange for cash payment of $25,000 and the issuance of 325,000 treasury shares. In the event the property is put into production AntOro has agreed to pay 2% Net Smelter Return (“NSR”) of which half can be bought back in exchange for a cash payment of $750,000.
The property was the subject of a promotion document (“PRO-) issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources (Quebec) (2002). The property shows three (3) circular magnetic anomalies of which two (2) seem to be of a discrete nature.
