AntOro Acquires A Mining Property in Quebec

Montréal, January 9, 2003 – AntOro Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the "Five Diamonds" property located in the Lower James Bay area of Quebec. The property is composed of 6 mining claims covering an area of 96 hectares. The Corporation acquires this property from Lucille Primeau in exchange of a cash payment of $5,000 and the issuance of 235,000 treasury shares.
