AntOro Acquires A Mining Property in Quebec

Montreal, February 18, 2004 – AntOro Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the "Kim" property located in the area of Wapistan Lake in Quebec. The property is composed of 15 mining claims covering an area of 240 hectares. The Corporation acquires this property from Michel Lavoie in exchange of the issuance of 800,000 treasury shares.
