Lataille Properties

List of exploration work completed by AntOro:

June-July 2004: Geological mapping, systematic channel sampling and prospecting

The Hamelin Property is located 40 km west of the Inuit community of Tassiallujuaq (Wakeham Bay) in Quˆ©bec’Äôs Nunavik region. The properties cover approximately 457.5 hectares distributed on 11 map-designated claims (CDC’Äôs) within the NTS sheet 31H/02 boundaries. Access to the property can only be made using a helicopter when transiting through Kuujjuaq.

This property was previously visited by the Ministˆ®re des Ressources Naturelles of Quˆ©bec during geological mapping activities where anomalous values in Light Rare Earths (LREE’Äôs) were uncovered. The company decided to continue the exploration of these elements by mobilizing a 4-man team on the property to systematically channel-sample the LREE-rich carbonatite horizon.

Geology of the Lataille project is composed of metavolcanic and granitic rocks that are part of the Kimber greenstone belt: A sizable amount of carbonate rocks of presumed sedimentary origin host the LREE’Äôs and have been mapped during the visits.

The results of these investigations will be announced by news release in the upcoming weeks.
